who says you can rock out even if you’ve got epilepsy! modern life is but a dance to the sound of the radio. here’s to the band that is perhaps the closest to what ‘original’ can signify. ian curtis is remembered here. love the way he just loses himself to his music - in that moment of performance, what was vulnerable was merely given up to the atmosphere of others. he died a little everytime he danced on stage, but he gave us so much more in return.
i won’t pretend to say that we were chums or friends, but one of my school-mate (the vocalist for Riot !n Magenta) made it to the guardian’s list of music around the world. so a shout-out to local (‘indie’) music in singapore i guess. pretty cool if you ask me!
well i’m no expert in the arena of tron, but this is one that has a kind of electronic-lounge sound to it? and i guess the title reflects pretty much the digital culture we’re soaked in - which alludes to the nature of the sound itself, no? bah, enough of my babble. listen to it for yourself.

kenneth is a blabbering idiot who wastes his parents' money by attending a course in the verbosity that is known to others as english literature. what better way to waste his youth.
that said, he does not speak nor write as well as he wishes to. so he tries to compensate this sometimes by taking lousy photos. analogue photography speaks to him more personally because of the sense of efficacy he gets out of it. and happy accidents with film could always be used to pass off as artistic gift/guise.
forgive him if he talks too much. thinking too much is yet another of his shortfalls. but unfortunately that came free when his mother purchased him off the counter.
